When an authorized company connects a mailbox, Black Flow Dev TMS uses Google OAuth permission to read relevant Gmail messages and attachments, organize them into the company’s operational workflow, apply requested mailbox changes, and send business email from an authorized account.
Access is limited to the connected company workspace and the features its authorized users choose to use. Black Flow Dev does not sell Google user data. Users can disconnect a mailbox or revoke Google access.
