Terms of Service
Effective October 9, 2026. These terms describe the operating boundary for Black Flow Dev L.L.C. products and services.
Authorized business use
Customers may use Black Flow Dev TMS only for lawful business operations and through accounts, roles, mailboxes, and provider connections they are authorized to access. Each authorized customer administrator is responsible for user access, customer instructions, and the accuracy of submitted operational records.
Third-party providers
Some features depend on third-party providers such as email, fleet, load-source, accounting, payment, or factoring services. Provider availability, approval, scopes, account eligibility, pricing, uptime, and data are controlled by those providers. Listing a provider does not represent endorsement, certification, or an active relationship.
Provider availability
Integration features become available only after the customer and Black Flow Dev L.L.C. have the required provider authorization and a successful connection validation. Manual workflows may remain available when an integration is disconnected, delayed, denied, or unavailable.
Customer data and records
Customers retain responsibility for their business records, regulatory duties, payment decisions, dispatch decisions, and document accuracy. The service may help organize and process records but does not replace professional legal, tax, safety, or accounting advice.
Security and acceptable use
Users must protect credentials, use assigned access only, and promptly report suspected compromise. Users may not bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, abuse provider services, scrape restricted systems, or use the service to violate another party's rights or terms.
Service changes and support
Features may change as provider requirements, security controls, and customer needs evolve. Material support, privacy, or security questions can be sent through the Support page.
